Schedule format

J'ai remarqué que plusieurs SP affichent leurs disponibilités dans un format texte. Est-ce qu'il y a une raison sur ce choix de format? Personnellement, je préfère un affichage graphique plus rapide à interpréter. Quelle est votre préférence?

Sunday 31st: between 6pm and 8pm
Monday 1st: 11am to 3pm
Tuesday 2nd: AM & after 7pm
Wednesday 3rd: before 11am and after 9pm
Thursday 4th: between 3pm and 7pm
Friday 5th: after 6pm
Saturday 6th: before 2pm

Pour moi texte.

Je n'ai pas beaucoup de dispo donc j'ai juste besoin de savoir quand elle est dispo donc pas besoin de croiser les 2 agendas. Ou bien tout juste demander ...

Aussi je pense que le format texte est aussi plus pratique pour la SP. Ça évite de jouer dans un Excel surtout sur un téléphone.

Mon nom n'est pas indiqué lol.. mais si vous regardez bien la section des indy, la grande majorité d'entre nous ne partageons même pas d'horaire, donc je me suis sentie portée à cliquer sur ce post car je suis presque la seule qui le fait, même si je n'ai plus du tout envie de participer à des conversations ici. Si vous avez une suggestion ou un commentaire à me faire s'il vous plaît écrivez moi en message privé. Passez une belle fin de semaine!

PS: je ne suis jamais disponible à 9 heure du matin, sauf très rarement.

J'essaie d'être le plus claire possible mais c'est difficile car les disponibilités changent souvent.. le fait de partager un incall rend les choses plus compliquées, et on a une vie en dehors des rendez-vous.. les clients aussi changent parfois l'heure des rdv

Exactement.

En général je regarde les dispos affichées pour savoir quel jour je peux tenter ma chance en tant qu'ordre d'idées. Ensuite je pose la question pour un jour et une heure.

Surtout il faut garder à l'esprit que les infos ne sont pas mise à jour dynamiquement.

Is too difficult... there's another issue. If I am not available, I will let them know when they reach out, to let them schedule an appointment for when I am.

I am available for while I am living my regular day, sometimes I have other responsibilities that come before this, but I get back when I am next available to check my phone.

Not to mention I don't want someone trying to figure out if the reason they had to wait 2 hours + before I could respond back, was because I was with someone at that moment, or because I was doing something private like at my kids governing board meeting. I might look forward to getting back to the phone to see I have someone I like to go see once I am done at the meeting.

It also kind of gives off the feel of here are the timeslots to fill in graph form. Fill your name in the space to claimed it.

Though I get the relevance and possible use of the graph for agencies, but even then if you have the last appointment, you saw a physical graph to show potentially how many people came before you. It gives a visual to the time availability.

Agree and good point about the potential sneak peek on the non-available hours.

I think as a client I should only want to know when you're available and not what you are doing in before, in between or after.

The point about the agencies make sense too as the booker will need to manage multiple ladies and multiple ladies schedules and maybe on multiple days.

Yes there are a lot of problems even just posting a schedule, people assume that if for instance I am available the whole day, it means I'm seeing clients from 7AM to 12PM non stop lol ... Even yesterday, a client asked to ''be my first of the day'' (I almost never see more than 2 clients per day), and didn't give me a date. There are clients who look at everything I'm doing, someone complained that I didn't answer his email right away because he saw that I had posted on social media..

In reality my schedule changes for various reasons, making other plans, frequent medical appointments, varying energy levels etc. I post my schedule once every week so that people can reach out as soon as they can to book me, but if you wait 4 days chances are things will be different. That's why I post every day here and update everyone..

Je dirais texte.. mais peut être aussi "simple" que:

Disponibilités: mardi AM, jeudi PM, samedi soirée

Ça génère un peu plus d'interactions, mais faut pas oublier que ça aussi ça compte dans l'expérience client (la raison pour laquelle les AI bots ne pourront pas nous supplanter). Déjà le style de réponse obtenue peut nous indiquer si la connexion va se passer ou non.. si le style de la personne qui nous parle est aligné avec ce qu'on s'attend de notre rencontre, etc

Pour ma part, mon horaire est disponible sur mon site web! Il est en forme de calendrier et de bloque d’heure. Il est directement relié à mon agenda donc les updates se font automatiquement en temps réel! Je vais mettre le lien direct dans mes prochains post Merb

I was not putting down your way at all. I side by the text version. I was only refering to how I did my own. And only because that was how it ended up looking in the end, so I made it easier on myself.

I started off learning from you how you did it. Just took more upkeep than I was able to put into it. And when I am not available I take appointments for when I am. I don't want to give off a flag to say I'm not available, don't contact me right now.

Not to comment about how someone else did theirs, except the graph looking like that.

I get the same inquiry. But most days I don't see anyone. And rarely more than 1 in a day.
