Rainy day here in Beantown and no work, so I sat back with the remote on Showtime in demand and I just caught up on every episode of this series except for one. What a well done, interesting, very familiar show. If you have the chance to watch it, it's quite entertaining!

Out of curiosity, is this show anything like the real life, or just another dramatized "real-life" of an escort?
Is there actually any research into the roles played? Or just guesses by the play writes?

And "escort me"... Show case is playing it, it is an American station, but usually accessible across Canada through local Cable providers. (I was able to get it from Sask. to here and on the plane rides too..)

"Belle de jour" was also the name of an old French movie where Catherine Deneuve was playing the role of a courtisane during the day and returning home to her boring husband at night.

"Secret diary of a callgirl" is entertaining and makes me think of a London "Sex and the city"... I do think that it can help many people out there in making themselves a different opinion about SP and their work.

I love this show and can't wait to get the next episode. I watched last weeks and felt so bad for her. Not to spoil it but having a boyfriend while you are doing this job must be next to impossible. It is well done and I loved the idea of showering in men's body soap not to have your client going home smelling of a womans perfume

Hi Tex! You can download the entire series using bit torrent. There are only 8 episodes per season so it shouldn't take very long to get them all. I don't think it's airing on Showcase anymore as the series ended a while ago.

I've downloaded the first two seasons of Satisfaction but I've only gotten around to watching the first three or four episodes. I really like the show though and find it to be a nice compliment to this one.
