Can anyone share your experience with Ubee, the site that create competition amongs realtors in order to sell at a lower commission. They say that they will send you proprositions from local realtors and it wont be at the traditional 4%+taxes. The group behind Ubee is Abbatiello family from Pizza Salvotore ( ! ). So if you use this service, have you really saved on the commission, is Ubee taking money with hidden fees, are they referring good realtors, etc. I talked to a rep at Ubee and it’s like to good to be true, so that’s why I’m asking for reallife stories.
