Incidentally, what a great match (Russia vs USA). I found myself routing for the Ruskies because the girls throwing the stones were so hot. The first thrower is called the 'lead'. The second thrower is called the 'second'. The third thrower is called the 'vice'. The final thrower is the 'skip'. I do agree on Ludmila Privivkova, the Russian curling skip. But check out her co-skip, Anna Sidorova who I would also nominate as prettiest athlete in Vancouver. She's to the left in the group pic next to Ludmila. I'd love to have a duo with this skip/co-skip combo:
