Incidentally, what a great match (Russia vs USA). I found myself routing for the Ruskies because the girls throwing the stones were so hot. My girl friend got pissed and I told her "now you know how I feel when we watch football and baseball games and you tell me how cute this one and that one is. I can do that too."

The first thrower is called the 'lead'. The second thrower is called the 'second'. The third thrower is called the 'vice'. The final thrower is the 'skip'. However, on rare times, some teams have their 'skip' throwing out of order. But usually the 'skip' is last. Here's some more info on curling, for those it might interest:

I posted these in the other olypics thread but probably should have put them here.
I do agree on Ludmila Privivkova, the Russian curling skip. But check out her co-skip, Anna Sidorova who I would also nominate as prettiest athlete in Vancouver. She's to the left in the group pic next to Ludmila. I'd love to have a duo with this skip/co-skip combo:
I also have to say that the Canadian curling skip, Cheryl Bernard is quite the MILF at 43. Just hard to find a good pic of her.
