More than half? Maybe you should take a look at the merb main page and see how many members there are here. I just did and the total is 35,497. Your poll has 17 people who voted for the old version of the board. Even if you cut down the total members by 90% to a total of around 3500...even if you cut it down to 350,,,the 17 people who voted for the old version hardly constitute half of the members here. The only thing your poll proves is that most people who come here don't give a damn what software is used or what it looks like. Right now there are 53 members on line which is more than have voted in the poll and your 17 votes for the old version don't even represent 50% of online members in the middle of a Friday afternoon.

Maybe you should get out the abacus they used to teach math when you were a kid and recalculate your numbers.

Human Beings are usually creatues of habit. Once you get used to it and accustomed to working with it, everything will be fine. Is it really worth getting all in a tissy over? In a word "NO". Are there more important things to discuss? "YES". Has this been beaten to death? "YES". Why not use the extra bandwidth on something more productive? I sounds as if the concept of statistical sampling is foreign to you ....you may want to check this out.

it's been a week and i'm anxiously awaiting the debut of bensonmerbalia.ca where we can all use it for free and it will be bug free and have the perfect interface and he'll change everything we don't like on a daily basis so we'll never have to worry about it not being what we all want it to be but there's only 1 problem... where's the poll where we can all demand it?
