I've noticed a lot of movement of escorts between agencies recently. You will see someone was at one agency for a while and that agency seems to be the best in the area and then people jump ship for another agency. You will often find a name change and reviews will have new name and say something like formerly this name @ this agency. Was wondering what are the most common reasons for an escort to leave an agency for another after having been someplace for a year or longer? Money, change of scenery, lack of hours, Do they get a boost under new name and new clientele. Seems like most anyone can track movements on MERB. Just curious what people think or if any escorts care to weigh in on this subject.

• Harassment
• Bad clients
• Poor reviews
• Not enough hours
• Drama with colleagues
• Issues with management/owner/booker
I guess as an Indy, you don't have those issues. Your pictures are beautiful by the way. Were you ever part of an agency? I have been doing a lot of research on this site and am venturing to Montreal in mid March for the first time ever. Looking forward to the city.

Still apply for independent workers. A few people change their name to get rid of stalkers. In very unfortunate events, they will change their name because they are scamming or because they have poor reviews.

Sometimes they get fired and have to go to other places, other times the girls don’t book there at all. Also sometimes the girls want more money cause they think they are worth more.
These are usually the 3 things if you want to I can give examples.

I am not a service provider but I will do my best to address your inquiry based on insights shared with me by other service providers. One common reason for service providers to switch agencies is the desire for higher earnings, as they seek better compensation for their services. Additionally, conflicts with agency bookers or owners can lead to a breakdown in the working relationship and prompt a provider to seek a new environment.

Issues with colleagues or unrealistic client expectations can also contribute to a service provider's decision to switch agencies. Misaligned schedules or the appeal of working with a more renowned agency may further influence their choice. Understanding these dynamics would be best explained by a service provider who can offer firsthand experiences on this topic.
