Terb question

Hey guys,

I've been traveling more and more to TO but haven't enjoyed the fruits of the city yet. The other day I tried to get access to TERB to see what are the recommended ladies but I couldn't get access. Anybody know who you gotta kill to get access to Terb. I got totally REJECTED when I registered.

That or can anybody suggest good candy for my next trip?
