Simply, I got arrested for solliciting. Some people gave me advice, and someone refered a lawyer. She was good, I was prepared, and I got an inconditionnal absolution, and it cost me very little.

I think in English its called an "absolute discharge".... I guess that's what you were looking for, in another sense, when you were soliciting.

Its up to you but more details would be interesting... was it an uncover cop, what area, what time, did the cops get you to confess etc.... always my nightmare that I get caught up sometime.

I got busted by an undercover corner Panet and Ontario in October around 2am....Pretty much had to plead guilty as it was all recorded...it was my first time solliciting, let alone asking a SW....

Congrads on getting off. What a waste of police resources and we need the police to lose more cases as these lazy fuckers piss me off. While they are playing "Catch The John" some old lady is proably being muged and the cops are too occupied with stupidity like this.
