As I understand the poll rules as Handi outlined them in his initial post, you can only vote for nominated agencies identified in the poll, so a vote for an agency that was not nominated will simply be ignored.

I'm not sure he is the greatest operator, but I have to say I have had some laughs with Mike4U, especially when trying to book Emma lol.

James, the night you called me and told me you were starting your own agency, remember the words I told you? "you will be voted best agency within two years"
But all this came within 7 months! I know the hard work you put into your business and the attention to every detail and that is the only way to run a business. You get out of something what you put into it usually and you are proof positive of that. Congrats to Chloe as well because I know she works with you to run the agency and she has a career in photography if she so chooses.
A lot of the success of Euphoria is the way you treat your girls, don't ever change my friend.
Of course that brings us to the main element that makes Euphoria #1, the incredible ladies working there. The ones I know love working for you, that is the highest compliment you can receive. Congrats my friend and I will see you soon to toast you on this impressive victory :thumb:

By the way to those of you who don't know James: I have known him for some years going back to before he was ever in the business, and then when he was a booker at Good Girls, to now rising to the top with Euphoria. Anyone who thinks James got to the top through other than hard work and persistence doesn't know him. James, while a booker at Good Girls, in October 2014, put together a private party for me and 3 friends on less than 24 hours notice (4 guys, 4 escorts, we let the girls pick the guys deal in a private room at a hotel). 2 of those girls we had requested were not even working regular shifts at Good Girls. Granted it was a good money gig for them, but James had all 4 of those girls at the designated place at the designated time. James and I texted each other and put the whole thing together. My 3 friends were late coming down to the hotel lounge that night, so I was the only 1 there to meet the 4 girls (my friends were obsessed with long showers and excessive ball washing I guess, they arrived 10 minutes late). I entertained the girls solo until my friends arrived.
For the rest of the weekend trip I relentlessly teased my friends that they were beaten to the party by young escorts in their early 20s. The whole 6 hour drive up to Montreal from the USA, they had bugged and harassed me about whether James would have the girls to our hotel on time. I rode herd on those 3 the entire way back to the USA. "Your sorry ass unreliable asses were too busy washing your balls and admiring your 42 year old asses in the mirror and got beaten to the appointment by James and his girls." LOL. I don't think even James knows this. Anyway he was relentless in putting that party together and at that time he wasn't even fronting the agency. He was a booker and a driver.
One of my friends coincidentally ran into James that weekend making a driver stop at Hotel W. "That dude is working his ass off" was his comment to me. He had seen James in his Good Girls driver car and greeted him. Ironically James had one of the girls who was at our party with him and my friend recognized both. He had previously met James at a GG party.
I do think James had a great opportunity to learn under Mike at Good Girls/Girls4u. Mike is a guy who has a lot of ideas in his head and I think he is owed an "assist" on the goal, if the goal that was scored was James winning agency operation of the year. James grew under Mike to learn the business and to become the independent owner he now is.

You truly deserve much of this victory, everyone knows it and James would be the FIRST to admit he had a incredible teacher/mentor/ FRIEND.
I really like Mike at Elite. Alice, as one example, is (was??) awesome. Anyway... Sophie, for another, is awesome.

But my intuition is that girl has something key to do with that success. Am I wrong?

Minor point: There are many factors, as we all know.
James has the best photography and website IMO. (Nod to Mojo on the video thing.)

It's all about the girls and management, pictures are accurate but they do not make a champion.
Euphoria has been a revelation for 2015. James totally upped the standards for Agency SPs this year. Probably the only agency where I can make specific clothing requests, and actually have it fulfilled (other agencies take note). Excellent and clean incall locations...no dumps to deal with ever. And of course, incredible service by the bookers.
And the girls....THE GIRLS!! :eyebrows: It's one of the few places where you could make a blind selection from their roster and not be disappointed. If you're a spinner fan, you're in heaven with Euphoria. Congrats to everyone involved: they deserve all the praise that they're getting.

This is the second time, GoodGirls won best agency last year with Chloe also winning rookie of the year and best sp of the year, also GoodGirls won the year before with Kate as sp of the year but not sure if they won rookie of the year as well, none the less a impressive first 7 months for Euphoria!
