Nelly only worked a few months ten years ago. She saw a few lucky clients as an indy and then worked a few weeks for FKS before leaving the business. Daphne actually worked a bit more than 'briefly' according to what she told me when i spoke to her. I got the impression it was for several months.I would say this is a judgmental call situation. In my opinion, Daphnee worked very briefly and should be considered as a rookie, but Nelly Duval (correct me if im wrong) worked for quite some time ten years ago and shouldnt be a rookie.

Daphne was definitely a top 7 for me this year. She was experienced and knows how to please a man. Has a great attitude that only comes with experience in this tough business. And this is a large part of her charm and attraction. Definitely not a 'rookie' in my books....and that's actually a good thing i think.
But hey, didn't they award the Calder to Peter Stastny while ruling Wayne Gretzky ineligible?
IMHO, any provider who has worked for more than one year (or close to one year) in another city is not a rookie if she moves to a new city.
The market and the clients may be different, but the basics of the work are the same, and this is not something new to her. By that point in time, she knows which types of clients she likes or dislikes, which services she feels comfortable offering and those she's not willing to offer, how to approach an encounter with a first-time client, how to proceed with the safety checks, etc.
All these skills and knowledge take time to develop - something I wouldn't expect a rookie to develop overnight. An experienced provider even develops a persona over time, something that is far less common with a genuine rookie, which is why there is a specific clientele for this type of provider; because their personality is often unfiltered.
