We'll find out tomorrow if Tiger's playing or not. He said today that he'll play nine holes tomorrow morning & make his decision after. He added that if had to make up his mind today he would play since he felt well enough to walk on the course. He also said that he feels he could very well the tournament if he did play. If he does play i'm dropping all my plans for the weekend & i'll be glued to my tv watching the Masters!

Not a big fan of Tiger Woods at all. But, I am rooting for him this week. This would be a huge accomplishment that the golf world hasn't seen since Ben Hogan's accident in 1949. Augusta is not an easy course to walk. Tiger is a tough MOFO, and if he makes it to the weekend it will be worth watching even if he's not in contention. Good luck!

Tiger has 12 Top 5 finishes in 23 Masters played. That means over 50% of his Masters tournament appearances have resulted in finishes in the top 5. He has not played a professional tournament against top players in quite some time, so it will be interesting to see how he does. The walking, especially the last couple days if he makes the cut, will be tough. It's 4 miles per 18 hole round.

Let's just say the man is even more of an inspiration off the field if you know what I mean!

Congrats to Tiger finishing the first round at -1. 10th place in a field of 90 golfers. He's already a legend, this takes him to a whole different level. Hope he makes it to the weekend or even better!

I didn't think he was even going to make the weekend. Glad he did, glad he finished, and now he needs to keep rehabbing his injured body. He's not done yet.

I mentioned to a few of my buddies at the beginning of the week that I didn't think Tiger would qualify or even finish if he did for the PGA. I was rooting for him to finish and I didn't like that I was right about him not finishing. Most people that don't play golf or walk the course just don't understand how physically demanding golf can be. I walk all the time and only take carts if it's a tournament. Bethpage Black is a course I play often and it's a US Open course so it's challenging like Southern Hills. I struggle just to finish playing one round at Bethpage Black, I couldn't imagine it 4 days in a row. Congrats to Tiger for qualifying for the weekend and making it as far as he did. He's tough as nails and if anyone could have finished after what he's been through it would be him. Hope to see him at the US Open next month.

The 2 courses he played- Augusta and Southern Hills- are among the most difficult walks of any golf course on the PGA Tour. The good news for him is that the US Open and British Open shouldn't be quite as bad.
