A few years ago, I saw a segment on CBC Newsworld about a Montreal diner with topless waitresses. What is the name and location? How's the food and service?

I believe you're talking about "Les Courtisannes", located near Metro Frontenac. I don't have the exact address. The food was so-so, and there were girls of all sizes and shapes.
Most people i know who have went there never really felt the need to go back. Why would you want to return there when you can have lunch at Solid Gold and Club Super-Sexe?

Les Courtisannes... Went there once. It was a fucking shithole. We walked in and the place was really grimey, just filthy... A girl came out of the back in nothing more then a g-string... She was almost as gross as the place. We didn't even stick around to try the food.... NOT RECOMENDED!
There is a restaurent on Hochelaga at Viau and the girls here are hot. If you are looking for a place to have breakfast or lunch where you can look at some excellent pieces of ass while you eat, this is the place. They are topless and beauties, but that's all you get. Prices and the food is o.k.
I have gone to Les Princesses( hochelaga&viau) on more than one occasion the food is o.k. the girls are hot.

Go to Super-Sexe and Solid Gold instead. The food is better, and the ladies (waitresses and strippers) a lot better looking than you'll find at those so-called 'topless restaurants'.
