Can you recommend the best US-based review websites she could contact to post a warning about the B&S...?
I know of TheEroticReview.com...but any other ones? maybe some that are specific to Las Vegas?

Non mais, cette " pas bonne " a du front tout le tour de la tête. Non seulement elle se décrit comme étant une " sultry french curvy bombshell ", elle pousse l'audace en gardant ton âge et surtout ton prénom.
Elle en rajoute en affirmant que les photos sont réelles et récentes.
P.S. Est-ce toi sur la dernière photo en costume moulant noir ? Jamais vu cette photo.

Perhaps a quick phone call to the phone company could be useful?

If you want to have all these B&S ads taken down, I would do a Google search with the number she uses and report all the ads to each admin of the sites.
Posting a warning on TER would also be in your best interest.

If I may, I also recommend you watermark ALL your pictures in the future. This could save you a lot of time and frustration in the long run.

Although some clients do not like watermarking (having your name, and/or URL and/or phone number transparently imprinted on the images), it will make your photos less desirable, if not useless, for B&S outfits.

Salut Amanda, ça m'est arrivé plusieurs fois, ici et aux États-Unis. La meilleure manière qu'elles arrêtent est de les contacter directement (je téléphone s'il y a une numéro), de leur donner un nombre d'heures maximum pour qu'elles retirent toutes les pubs, photos et contenu volés en leur disant que tu vas écrire sur les sites de reviews et les forums d'escortes qu'elles sont des BS si ce n'est pas fait à X hre. Aussi, tu leur dis que tu as contacter les administrateurs des sites pour les en aviser et tu les contactes pour vrai. C'est la façon la plus efficace. J'ai récemment contacté 3 sites de Mtl pour les aviser qu'une personne utilisait mes texte et mes photos, ils ont tous obligé la personne a changer tant le contenu des ses annonces que celui de son site pour qu'elle puisse continuer de s'annoncer. Habituellement, ça fonctionne.

The watermarks is a solution and anti theft in the source code also ,however any added security are not impregnable and if a Internet , thief really wants the pics ,text and have knowledge ,their isn't much than can be done.
It is something that has happen to me before and more then once .
The legal consequences being 0 ,

I was referring to adding the watermark on the picture itself not in the source code, that way the only way to remove it is to retouch it out and that becomes a pain, its easier for them to scope out another picture. But if you watermark just a corner it can easily be cropped out.

There's ways to code the page so they are not able to download the pictures but they can just take a screen shot.

Make sure to read the photo rules on the sites you are posting on as some do not allow watermarked photos. Also some sites give the option to right-click protect your photos.

For photos: code on the page or right-click disabling will only stop basic web users. Anyone with more than basic web or html knowledge can get the photos - usually in seconds.
Video can be more difficult to grab - but not much more difficult for someone who knows the tools and how to use them.

In a case like this, the only real option is watermarking the photos to make them unusable for B&S.

Ça vraiment pas changé. Sinon je sais que c'est enrageant. Mais d'un autre côté je trouve ça flatteur. Tu es tellement magnifique que c'est toi qu'il on choisi.
En général comme dis Simone, on leur dit qu'il ont des fausses photos et il les retires. J'ai rarement vue des cas que ça avait persister.

J'ai payé une annonce a Vegas et maintenant j'ai des Johns me remerçiant.
Le pimp m'a insulté par texto me disant que je n'étais même pas jolie, que j'avais l'air d'un Blow fish, et qu'il met mes photos comme ca ses clients ne peuvent être déçu par du B&S, il a vraiment du culot, toutes ses insultes après m'avoir harcelé pour que je travail pour lui. WTF. Ca me purge vraiment cette histoire.
