I went back a few days later, I saw a young couple making love, and I think they knew I was looking .

The opportunity might be there, but I don't think it is a custom or acceptable and it could get you into hot water (not a hot tub with a beautiful young woman type of hot water either!.)

Not so sure about the illegal part.

If you have no blinds or crappy blinds, you have no "reasonable expectation of privacy" from passersby on a public street, especially if your window is in plain sight of a public walkway.

There was an episode on Cops where a dude would leave his blinds open, and jerk off whenever a female jogger ran by. She called the cops, and they were going to bust him for indecent exposure.

Not that the offender is totally off the hook. It depends on what his actions were. Did he go beyond being a mere bystander on a public street? Did he trespass on private property (or additional actions) to get a better look?

when you live near by a motel you see all kinds of things
police,sw,sp,ordinaire people,peeking tom, and believe me i saw someone once taking pictures just cross the street of Ideal Motel.antything go's in a motel in my opinion especailly in the cheap onces so beware.

You're right...anything goes... right up to the point when someone catches you peeping into a window and if you're lucky it will just be a cop arresting you. If you're not so lucky, it could be the guy from the motel getting ready to beat the living hell out of you. In either of these circumstances, your opinion won't be worth a damn!

Try the parking lots near Beaver Lake on Mount Royal....

They will flash you their lights to let you know they are there and waiting to be watched... at least that was the way it worked about 15 years ago when I was with an ex of mine...

I saw a documentary about exhibitionist in the Uk that park in the woods and expect guys to crawl out of the woods and stand around the car and watch the free show. I guess it use to happen here in Montreal too.
