Hey Gugu I'm not really throwing around statistics they are numbers provided by locals who commented on the escorts being spoiled by foreigners (i.e. being given diseases by foreigners). I doubt the 2.6%...perhaps the truth is somewhere in between but the few older ones I saw outside were definitely not healthy. The many I saw in clubs looked very good.
The information about apartments comes from Europeans who were visiting in Agadir for that reason..and that is where the warnings about hotels reporting any suspicious activity come from. Some hotels without as much of a lobby or owned by a large multi-national may be more friendly, though again the Europeans had rented apartments.
I wouldn't call Morocco not liberal. It doesn't have morality police like in some countries...
