Grateful to still go rock climbing at 61 with my lovely partner
Grateful that I got to grow up pre-internet.
Im grateful the nightmare i had the other night came through and it was not as the mare predicted exactly.
Let me elaborate.
I had a nightmare about being groped and manhandled by a 250 pound man as another man analy abused me.
This morning I went for a colonoscopy and the nurse turned out to be a 250 pound male nurse and his accomplice, the doctor who shoved the camera up my exit only hole.
So, no harm was done. Much,ouch.
Disaster averted and im all good now.
The moral to this post is ,dont read into your nightmares too much, its not as all should be.

That reminds me when I had one and as I am lying on the table sideways and ready, I see this good looking nurse and I tell her “hey I know you”. Then à second later I passed out. Never seen her again. Kind of awkward… for me!
the weather has been absolutely stunning and the parks are so light-spackled and glorious these days
I'm not feeling so well today, but I'm grateful for all the wonderful people in my life. I have a couple of trips lined up as well.
Rain here came with golfball-sized hail and flooding and gale-force winds. Still, it was cool to watch.

I'm grateful for the scene in Montreal. I was trying to book an appointment in Ottawa and it's a mess on top of very high prices. Nothing beats MP and SP in Montreal. As far as Canada goes.
