A provider I have been seeing for a while has been having issues with spotting in between her periods. No fould smell. She was on some patch birth control, but took it off. She has an appointment with her doctor in 2 weeks, but i'm wondering if this is a common thing with sex workers? I'm thinking just an irritation from too much sex? Is that possible?

To add the bleeding doesn't generally happen with everyone, but when someone is too well endowed, it can irritate whatever the issue is, with the effect being bleeding. Makes average sizes and smaller sizes more pleasant to be with, as larger sizes can be painful to try and take in.
It can be embarrassing when it happens, but have had to tell some they were too large and was why it happened.
Admittedly have been checked myself for this reason and uterine polyp being the culprit. But the first thing they check is sti. Or any other kind of infection. Those had to come back negative before they searched for more answers.

It happens to women in general, not just sex workers. Spotting is very common, most of the time harmless and will happen to most women, if not all, over a lifetime. There are serious causes for it but stress, taking contraception without breaks or an unsuitable contraception choice can cause spotting, even at the beginning of a healthy pregnancy one could see spots of menstrual blood. Spotting is different than bleeding after/during sexual intercourse.
i cannot remember if the provider I am referring to said it was like she seemed to be in a perpertual period like situation, or if it was the sex that brought on the bleeding. She aslo admitted she has not been able to work much of late because of it. She also admitted that a trick some providers use when they work through their period is to use a red condom...The last 3 weeks she has been using a red condom....hence my concern...for her and for me. I mean I am not losing sleep over this, but was just curious why she could be having this problem. Probably nothing serious.
