What is the difference between CIF and COF?

Obviously I know what "cum on face" is but I get confused when providers advertise both services

well, to be blunt, i gues cif and cof is the same things..but cif is more "quebecois" translation..

can be say in the both way in french (well, in english too but cof is better)

COF = humiliation facial (in french)
