Notice, that the thieves searched the stolen phones for key info, like driver's licenses.

One takeaway: never take photos of your key government documents and never share those with someone else electronically.

I’m unable to see the article without a WSJ subscription, but I’m sure it’s a good read. This is something that’s been discussed across many different threads but it’s worth mentioning here again. There is way too much info on our phones. I think about this when I’m crossing the border and what sort of info will pop up from Devilish 10 years ago. Lol.
