What should agencies and Indies do to improve their incalls??????

That depends. If you are an agency booking back to back appointments then that may be true. As an independent who works only part-time, I drive to and from my incall just like any outcall appointment. I don't sit there and wait for calls.

The situation varies from Indy to agency but also from small staff agency to a large one .
From downtown located incalls to suburbs in calls .
Also is the agency mostly outcall and have a incall option.
The logistics do vary alot.
Are the hours during the day when their is heavy traffic or at
night when there is not but subject to more LE scrutiny when transporting many young ladies after club hours

Decent music of some sort ( quality portable sound system ). Nice to hear background music that does not come from a TV or phone.
A beverage besides tap water.
Good body soap, those tiny bars are useless. On occasion I have lost some and a day or 2 later when I cough I fart bubbles. ( Ok the last part was embellished ).
