I have notice alot of agencies and mp are hiring, but when i see the rosters,its usually the same girls over and over especially for mps.What do you guys think is going on.More girls are going independent or there are so much agencies and mps that there are not enough girls to fill the spots.

The answer is sadly more complicated.......there is a correlation between many factors, to be able to provide a reasonable and plausible answer !

Although I am not as up to date on the MP scene as the SP scene, Adagio has had tremendous growth the last 6 weeks but i am not sure if those ladies came from other parlours or are new in the business but Adagio seems to be experiencing rapid growth.
On the SP scene, nobody is hiring new ladies as well as Euphoria at the moment and it is not even close. I have never seen anything like it since Eleganza whom many considered to be the kings of debutantes. And to some extent, GoodGirls was pretty good at this subject when at their peak as well. Noticed a few what seems to be brand new girls at Montreal Sex City lately as well as Xxxtase and Vogue also.

Have a question for you ,what is the true meaning of "debutante" and should it apply for a MP that becomes a SP or a Stripper that becomes a MP or SP or any switch from the s trade ?

Just a note to mention that the fucking simple and beautiful website may have a lot to do with the growth of Euphoria (of course the service as to follow but...). Could be wrong, but it sure caught my attention.

Along the same lines, they have a wonderful photographer as well, totally captivates the beauty of their ladies, she herself is gorgeous also and a champion in her own right.
I hear about one massage salon where the girls sat around with no clients and they took off one at a time. The owner can not find girls as replacements.

I met with two different parlour owners a few weeks ago and both meetings took much longer than expected because of customers continuously coming through the doors. I think in general that the smaller and newer salons are slow right now but the long established ones are doing well considering it is still the winter season.
In oil patch in Alberta we call " hiring " when a company tries to get other companies employees to switch trolling, not liked very well in the industry. All companies have one or more faults ( people will learn this when they get more experience ) and the grass does look greener on the other side but usually it is not. When you see a business looking for employees on a regular basis you can see that the money they pay does not keep the employees so something else must be going on within the company that makes the people leave. You must remember, money made at work it not the most important thing, being happy at the place of employment is number one.
As for trolling on the boards, not sure where else one would advertise, perhaps your own Sp's friends, kind of hard putting an ad in the help wanted section of a daily newspaper.
