I have my timezone set properly on the site, my computer synchs with a time server hourly, and yet, when I press post on this at 23:02:00 EDT, it will show a different time

I WROTE FRED ZED A FEW MONTHS AGO & ASKED IF THEY COULDN'T FIX THE CLOCK & HE WROTE ME BACK TELLING ME TO BUY A WATCH AT A DOLLER STORE.HE DOES NOT UNDERSTAND THEY SHOULD HAVE THE PROPER TIME.

No need to shout. Maybe he was making reference to sub-par hardware upon which this board is running and his frustration with it?

Or maybe this is a sneaky way to shave time off SP calls?
