My main criteria that I tend to be picky on is tattoos and fake breasts, which I don't like, and English speaking ability, which I require. Those are the "Big 3." Apart from the Big 3, I have no racial restrictions or preferences. I do tend to like taller and leaner women, and I prefer brunettes to blondes and redheads when everything else is equal.
This thread reminds me of how challenging it is to organize small escort parties for 4 to 6 guys as I did in the past and as I have been asked to do once JT finally opens the borders up, which I am hoping is very soon as I get Pfizer part 2 vaccine tomorrow. What ends up happening when all the party goers look at the agency website is they start fighting and bickering over which girls get picked, because they all have different criteria. I have had to mediate disputes over fake breasts, not enough blondes being picked, not enough girls with "meat on their bones" 'being picked, etc. I even had to fight against a 5'8" height restriction which caused Victoria Belmont to "miss the cut" from a past party (sorry Victoria, but I lobbied for your selection and thought the 5'8" restriction was the stupidest thing I ever heard in my life, but I was voted down). The silly reasoning for the height restriction was that these guys are all average in height or shorter and "smaller ladies are easier to give an efficient pounding to."
You guys should try organizing a small escort party some time for 4-6 friends. It's hard, and I always end up being the one tasked with doing it. Fortunately my mediation powers increased over time, and now more often than not the guys just live with my resolutions of their criteria conflicts. I just tell them they have to or the party isn't happening and eventually it gets negotiated and resolved. Court mediators generally never use threats to promote conflict resolution, but in the context of mediating disputes over escort party invitee criteria, threats have to be used strategically in conjunction with promoting a compromise resolution of the issue.
