I was reading Sheens&Richards thread and people seemed to have a lot to say about Charlie being ''maybe'' to look at because he has interests into teenage ... Anyway.

Entertainer I have been called lately ... ;) so I'll go on with this one.:)

I invite you merbites to share your opinion about those kind of interests.
When do you think the limite is past over with underage teen porn, being addictive to sex web sites, interaction with sex cam, heteros that seeks gays sites or, like GG mention, animals! Wish that wouldn't have to be said but what about everything in between standard and snuff sex video ... Where is that limite?

What should we think, found or realize about those kind of people, situations?
Can we prevent futur actions regarding people who have those little habits?
Is it possible to them to became predators, agressors or is it fantasies, curiousities? What is it?

Being myself a serious person and a funny one at the same time, I welcome everyone to give ... very serious theories or completely hilarious answers to this thread.

Last thing, it will be welcome if you comment movies that had this topic as subject ... exemple: 8 MM with Nicolas Cage or Baise-moi (a french banned movie).

Here's somthing...

Here's something interesting I read on MSNBC...

by Linda Carroll

June 27, 2000 — With the explosion of pornographic sites on the Internet, some experts on sex and addiction are concerned that increasing numbers of unsuspecting users will become victims of an obsession that can ruin lives and relationships. While many people may be able to dabble in Net porn with no ill effects, some run the risk of developing a serious, and potentially dangerous, addiction to online erotica.

“MY SPECULATION, based on my work with other addictions, is that those with vulnerabilities may be swept into the Net — pun-intended — of compulsive sexual behavior,” said Anna Rose Childress, an associate professor in the department of psychiatry at the University of Pennsylvania’s Treatment Research Center in Philadelphia.
“There may be a hapless subgroup here who would not have managed to develop a compulsive pursuit of ... sexual behavior because of [societal] constraints and inconveniences. The Internet erases most of these, and the vulnerable subgroup is then at the mercy of their hardwiring.”
A recent MSNBC.com survey found that as many as 80 percent of visitors to sex sites were spending so much time tracking down erotica on the computer that they were putting their real-life relationships and/or jobs at risk. Until they discovered cybersex, most of these people had no problems with sexual addition, according to the survey’s author, Al Cooper, a sex therapist at the San Jose Marital Services and
Sexuality Center in San Jose, Calif.

Sex researchers are beginning to see people who have lost control.
“I’ve seen enough individuals in my clinic who have gotten hooked [on sex] on the Web to know that this is a significant development,” said Dr. John Bancroft, director of the Kinsey Institute for Research in Sex, Gender and Reproduction at
Indiana University. “I think this needs to be taken very seriously.” Bancroft and his colleagues plan a study to determine which people are most at risk of developing problems with online pornography.

When you read the whole article, they even go as far as to say that without internet sex sites, some people would not have developped an addiction to sex.

Crossing the line

Pedophilia is wrong, rape is wrong, we have laws against these things so the line is pretty clearly drawn in most cases. But when you mention Charlie Sheen being into "teen porn" I wonder if that means he is into THIR-teen year olds or EIGHT-teen and NINE-teen year olds. There is a huge difference obviously. There has to be a cut off point where it goes from being considered immoral or in poor taste to illegal. I think that age is well established as 18. While it may be deemed in poor taste for an older man to "date" an 18 year old it is not, nor should it be, illegal. At some point children have to become adults and be free to make their own decisions. It sucks that there are predatory older men who seek out young vulnerable women in order to exploit them but what can you do? Start legislating age range guidleines for dating? Say for example, You can only date people within 10 years of your own age? What would all the old actors in Hollywood do?!

Adult

I was merely pointing out that in NO state is it illegal to have sex with an 18 year old. The age of 18 signifies adulthood in the eyes of the law, therefore "teen" porn is NOT illegal in the case of EIGHT-teen and NINE-teen year olds and to many people, not all, it carries no negative stigma to expressed interest in it. At worst it can be called questionable as to ones "moral" value system. As far as most guys I know there aren't many who upon seeing a beautiful teenager won't make some sort of sexual remark or expression as to her presence, it quite simply is every bit as natural for a man of any age to take notice of an 18 year old woman as a 30 year old woman. In fact, its wrong to tell men that they can not, or should feel guilty about, finding a younger woman sexually attractive. Hell, nowadays teenage girls look like their 25 anyways so its next to impossible to even know what age they are. You literally have to ask them for ID if you "need to be sure."

You want an issue to discuss as to what is crossing the line, heres one. What about the parents who allow their 14 year old daughters out of the house wearing a skirt that doesn't cover their ass, with NO underwear, a see through top with NO bra, nipple piercings, clear heels that have blinking lights in them, caked on makeup and some ungodly perfume, a pack of Marlboros that the parent probably bought for them, with no idea where they are going, who they are going to be with, or when they are coming home. Thats a fitting description for a stripper on the way to work, not someones teenage daughter.

In short, if were going to worry about teenagers being exploited lets start by keeping track of our own and setting some limits on them. When they turn 18 they can do what they want, as long as they don't do it in MY house.

I also agree with that. You could make another thread with this because it is more about what attracts people to maybe go to far than my initial wondering. When do you consider too much?

In other words to reponse you, it's not because it is accessible that you have to go for it. Even if I totally understand your point of view.

By the way, I have those kind of shoes! Very cute!;) :D
