Where to post when seeking a service?

Hello!

I used to have an ad up permanently on Annonce Intime saying I was looking for a specific service, my email address was linked to it and I would get email responses every now and then.

Nowadays, it seems almost impossible to do on LL because of their crypto shenanigans that I've never even heard of, you can't do it on EI, and you can kinda do it on ann123 but it's wonky and that site seems half dead.

Is it still doable in a reliable way that I'm not aware of? Where do you guys post? For example "I am looking for X, paying Y, hit me up if you can do it!"

I don't know many SPs looking threw ads for what a client might be looking for. Most from what i gather wait for clients to contact them and ask what they are looking for.

It's also a matter of location. In a small town, discretion is important, there may be no "professional" SWs, so it's more efficient to have your ad up that someone can contact you discreetly from. But even in a bigger city like Montreal, I could see someone more amateur wanting to offer services but not wanting to advertize themselves, so they would look for ads. Discretion is still important for a lot of people.

This post wasn't about me looking for a service at all. It was about finding an alternative to Annonce Intime where clients can also post ads. AI has worked decently for me for years but I've been in the dark since it got shut down.

Bro you are slightly hard to follow as it being for you or not, but it's ok.

Since you are an experienced colleague you have probably noticed that many ladies of the domain are members here. Just as the guys they don't all necessarily post but they do read us on a regular basis.

This being said I think @LC18 gave a very good suggestion that you should just clearly post what you are looking for. Better yet, you could even start a thread on the subject which could also benefit your fellow colleagues.

I live in a small town, it would be nice to be able to have an ad up looking for a local provider that won't charge 500$ just as an outcall fee because I'm far from the big centers. I used to have that on AI and got some contacts with it over the years, I'd love to be able to do it again.

There are also a lot of people looking through ads to get one client or do a one time thing without becoming a full on SW. That's often the case in smaller towns like mine. And right now how can they find clients without posting an ad? Clients should be able to post "looking for" ads, just like you would with any non-sexual service on Kijiji, for example.

That sounds like a dating app thing with a clarification your not looking for a relationship but private encounters...
Besides isn't one of the issues I've been hearing is guys complaining that girls there are asking either for serious relationships, or trying to charge men they see as intimate encounters.

How far are you from the city? Besides you wouldn't be the first guy asking girls if they travel.

Just use seeking arrangement if you’re looking for someone who “doesn’t do that often”.

What you’re talking about is just weird, most of the girls I know would never reply that kind of ad if they seen it because it’s weird and sounds like someone plotting to kidnap us.

Good for you if it worked on the past.

Providers don't go through ads, no one would see it, as was pointed out. Idk, leaves craigslist, Kijiji.. *shrug *

Ooooh I see. Then my only suggestion is Craigslist and best if luck finding that rare unicorn, I guess.

I've never seen anyone jump to conclusions this fast and be so judgmental to a complete stranger. It's scary honestly. I haven't said anything remotely close to anything you just implied.

I'm not cheap or looking for anything cheap. I'm not looking to lowball either. But there is a giant difference between paying 150-200$ for someone local that you could possibly see on a regular basis and well over 500$ for an outsider doing outcall.

Can you even fathom that someone might be genuinely looking for insight on this forum?
