Why do some agencies keep pictures of girls who never work?

As you have answered your own question, you don't appear to be serious in asking it. If you are, I suggest that you call the Consumer Protection Agency to register a complaint.
When I ask an agency when they expect an SP whose picture appears but who is invariably unavailable, they say: She works rarely and we have no idea when she will again BUT ... we have someone just like her ready for you tonight.

Yes it is false advertising but no one to really complain to. Some companies like to cling on the their money makers from the past to pump up their image, new viewers will not notice but people that have been around notice the scam.

One reason is some girls are away working out of Montreal but when they come back "home" they resume working for the agency. Some agencies seem to leave a girls pics on their site even when they have not worked in 6 months or more, not cool but like STN said, who are you gonna complain to?
The worst are those agencies who advertise on their daily ad's girls that are not really even working that day, thus to get calls coming in so they can "sell" you another girl who is working. It is a marketing strategy which sadly "works" sometimes, especially to newbies. (happened to me on a couple occassions before I knew better)

In your experience, do some agencies list girls who may be available for advanced booking by request, but don't necessarily want to be listed as available on a daily basis, particularly if you wanted to book them for multiple hours? I'm just thinking that at least with some of the more reputable agencies, it couldn't hurt to ask...

For exemple(its the one exemple that comes to my mind, because i always have been interested in her) is Kerry at Xxxtase. Been on the roster for so long, must be 6 months i have not seen her working. I do not check every day, but couple months ago i was doing it and for 3 months straigh i have not seen her appear once. And before that, it was like 2 nights in 2 months... But a blond bomshell on your roster does look great

One exeption to the rule seem to be Goodgirls... or should i say Girls4u(lol hard to get used to the new name), Mike don't really keep girls that are not working for too long on the roster listing. But since his roster is incredible, i think he is fine without doing this, he always have 6 girls or more per night.

When I started in the hobby I was with a agency,very very briefly...but it took weeks for the not so nice pimp who was the boss to remove my pics.
I was calling him daily to do so... So sorry but for a few weeks I was a bait ...
That's actually how I ended up being a indy.I was not meeting maybe once or two a week and he would tell me that ''business was slow''...but one week I saw a guy and he told me ;''finally I get to see you!'' and me I was like:''finally? you are the first guy this week with none last week..? '' so he told me that he was asking for me for the past three(!) weeks but I was never ''available '' so he was been offered another girl...I was a bait... I left this agency and it is the best move I ever did...

Web contante management system or old school htlm ?
Many agencies in Montreal operate with old school website theologies witch makes it close to impossible to change your pics with changing your search engine ranking ,
Or the other side you have agencies with good web content managements system where the can change there pics and sometimes there text without affecting there search engine ranking !
And there obviously the negligent angencies and /or bait and switch

Same thing happened with me with an agency that advertises here, I tried to book someone for awhile and when I did get a booking she told me she was sitting a lot waiting for customers, not sure if she was being punished by the booker or whatever.
