Critical Acclaim, Avenged Sevenfold, Cover by A-YEON

OK, gotta be honest. I've enter just to see her looks, but after 20 seconds I forgot about that and enjoyed the drumming.
I loved.
Je la prendrais pour mon band. Comme drummer je suis pas sûr mais je la prendrais volontiers. :D

Look behind you.
^^^^^ Very nice, they could have upped the drum volume a little though.

How do you classify a song that is accused of copyright infringement? Is it a cover version or an original song? "Stairway to Heaven" by Zeppelin won their appeal last year over their most famous song, but the Robin Thicke song "Blurred Lines" was decided by a court case to have infringed the copyright to Marvin Gaye's " Got to Give It Up".

I ask this question because I read an article this week that named the ten worst rip - off songs of all time. I was surprised to see that the #1 song was The Offspring -"Why Don't You Get a Job" rip - off of "Ob-La_Di, Ob-La-Da" by the Beatles. It had never occurred to me that "Why Don't You Get a Job" sounded like the Beatles song, but after this article put the idea in my head - I could hear the similarity. So is this song a cover version, or an original song?
