What to do if LE catches you?
Are there any lawyers on the site? What are the laws around MP and Escorts? What should we do if an LE raids an MP and catches you getting a HJ (no idea if they would even do this)? In general what's the best position to take if we get nabbed in the action or soliciting?
I know Oliver is gifted with an LE radar but the rest of us could probably use the info (at the very least I can)

my 2 cents as a nonlawyer
1- do not talk to the cops, aside from giving them your basic info
2- refer them to your lawyer instead
3- do not lie when giving your personal info, as they will know from their background check whether your info checks out
4- unless you get caught ''in the act'', do not despair as there's always a chance charges will later be dropped on either a technicality or lack of evidence. Remember: criminal law ain't the same as civil law. Being charged for being found in a bawdy house is not the same thing as being handed a speeding ticket. No question the criminal charges are more stressful, but the good news is that the burden of proof always lies with the cops and prosecutors. There's still a way to go before any potential conviction judgment is rendered.
5- Also, investigators/LE have various interrogation techniques ranging from the bad cop-good cop routine to attempts to flatter you or be buddy buddy like with you. NEVER trust them, as they can be very astute. Keep your mouth shut, and say you want to talk to your lawyer. Be RESPECTFUL at all times. Maybe I'm being naive, but my sense is that these raids are probably as stressful and awkward for them as they can be for us.
What if you don't have a lawyer?

One of my friend got caught in a raid 3-4 year ago and they dropped the charge after a bit.... they mostly want scare people in such case. Dont talk to LE at all... and take the night to find the perfect excuse to give to your wife about why you disapear for the night or for the week-end (in case you get caught on friday )... Heard in some case they let you go the same day but my friend pass a night at police station.
Do NOT call your lawyer in the middle of the night
I feel that I must intervene in this debate, because I keep reading erroneous information about calling lawyers. Whatís the point about calling a lawyer in the middle of the night? Guess what he will answer you? To shut your mouth and wait for the cops to set you free.
He is probably banging an escort too when you call. In the worst case, your lawyer is about to cum when the phone rings.
Always keep in mind that your lawyer can afford more expensive escorts than you. Therefore, you certainly do not evaluate the magnitude of the financial damage and consequences for his self-esteem if he is not able to cum twice because of you.
All information that LE is legally entitled to ask is written on your driving license and Heath Insurance card. Show both to avoid any conversation.
Donít forget that you can answer the only 2 questions they can ask, by just shaking your head and without opening your mouth:
1- Do you understand your rights? Shake your head vertically.
2- Do you want to call a lawyer? Shake your head horizontally (meaning NO).
Then, wait to be set free, a few hours usually, come back home, try to get a night of sleep or call an escort (not the same agency, donít be stupid!) if you cannot sleep because you are too stressed. The next morning, when you are rested and re-energized, call your lawyer (not before 11 am please, he is a human being who needs to sleep too), he will be pleased to tell you how to proceed.
In summary, as soon as your arrest is notified by LE and until you are back home, donít open your mouth except to drink or breathe if your nose is obstructed in winter.
Like the summary!
You mean you really don't need to call a lawyer right away? Why do they ask? I tough if you didn't call a lawyer right away they would hold you longer?
They ask because the Crown will have to drop the case if they did not follow the legal procedure.

If you display that you have all your time and they estimate that they are talking to a wall, they release you faster because you are just taking some room in the police station for nothing.
BTW, everything written here only applies when you obviously are not threatening to anyone (solicitation, bawdy house), not if you are drunk, or drugged, or aggressive, or were found with a weapon.

Basically, he or she will tell you not to talk to police and instead discuss the matter later with either your own lawyer or one of theirs during normal working hours. If you get caught in a bawdy house, it's considered a misdemeanour (accusation sommaire, in French), unless you're the owner of the place, in which case it's considered a felony (a more serious crime). As a mere client, you should not be asked to go to the police station, or have your fingerprints taken, or be forbidden from travelling outside the country.
Ok so basically my position is
1. Take out drivers license and Medical card and hand it over to LE
2. Nod yes or no to the two questions
3. Shut my mouth until they release me or next morning when I can speak to a lawyer
Seems easy enough. In an MP or SC this is basically only if I get caught during the HJ or CBJ. If I'm on my stomach getting a massage, I can pretty much tell them to screw off, right? I mean in an MP if they raid and I'm not caught in the act then they shouldn't be able to nail me with anything?
In general being a wise ass is not a good idea! I'll remember that cause I have a nack of cracking jokes when I'm nervous. So sending out for a dozen doughnuts when the LE releases you is a bad idea? Cause let me tell you, I'd glaze those doughnuts personally for them
a few more points
The nodding routine is, IMHO, unnecessary. If you tell the cops, after being read your rights, that you do not wish to talk until you consult with your lawyer, cops are obligated under the law to leave you alone. In fact, they ought to be observant of standard procedure, as any violation of the rules on their part can come back to haunt them later in court with the defense attorney challenging their methods and requesting an immediate end to all legal procedures.

Thus, a very tight line of questioning from the prosecution is to be expected.
My personal experience
Going back about 12 years ago, I was in a massage parlor in Laval. I was sitting in a chair in the middle of the room when I was in the middle of getting the most incredible wet sloppy slurpy deep throat blowjob of my life when I heard rumbling noises in the hallway. The door swings open and a cop appears. The girl calmly stopped and got off her knees. The cop said very politely "OK please get dressed" then just asked me for ID, if I've ever been arrested etc. He took down my vitals and just said to pretty much not do it again and let me go.
To this day, that blowjob set the stardards. LOLOLOL
Consider yourself lucky, Lusty Pig . My sense is that the cop was probably collecting key evidence (both to be able to obtain a search warrant for an eventual raid and bolster the prosecution's case) before the actual raid some time later.

If they have a warrant, only then can they enter without asking.

The LE should be repeatedly stomped on and killed upon discovering!!
Just kidding of course.......uhm......deny everything..!!!!!!!!!!!!
........and let the lawyer handle it from thereon!!
