Agencies that keep your phone# and name in their records...

I don't know about agencies, but

I know for a fact that a lot of indies keep their entire text message history with their clients. Even irregular clients.

I know this because some girls whom I've seen more than once, but contacted with a different numbers, said:

"hey! I remember you! Why did you you contact me from a new number?"

It's probably safe to assume that agencies do the same.

It's understandable - they want to know if they have a history with you and if you are a good client or not.

It's very bad for your privacy though.

As for text history, considering the volume they get it would be hard to store everything...

You have to hope the people who have your number will keep it confidential, but it's an advantage for good clients who repeat.

When I had a lot of regular clients, I didn't accept new ones for years at a time, but there's no way I could remember the phone numbers of all my regulars. So I kept a list in a Word file, and would only answer the phone when a familiar number called.

I never kept their numbers in my phone and erased my call and text history every day though.

It didn't make sense for me to try to remember which number belonged to who, so I used smilie emoticons as a code to know just how 'good' a good client client was.

But back to the points raised earlier on the thread. Being busted with phone number of clients by itself really doesn't affect clients as it doesn't prove anything but agency keeping call/text records with date/time could be a risk.

There was a bust earlier this year in Atlanta. LE actually was able to plant cameras in the target agency's incall. Audio/video recording coordinated with call/text records tied to real phone# would be difficult to explain away.

Bottom line is hobbyist should use a burner.
Don't be too explicit in text.
Don't mention cash during/after the session. I just leave it in area where she can see but never speak about it.

IMO, agencies should keep only high-level profiles on clients. They should not keep detailed records on what was discussed and when etc.

I do not trust burner app. These app are linked to small company located who knows where, completely unregulated, who may do bad stuff with your data. And they may have access to much more data than you think, who knows...

Hello all


I was running a very successful escort agency , and I had the privilege to investigated by the RCMP and QPP at the same time !LOL
Surveillance was on ,when I was arrested ,they had arrest warrants ,search warrant and learn after they also had wire tap warrants ,

Escorting wasn't the motive of the investigation and the police really did not care about my night life activities or the large quantity of girlfriend I had or the quantity of boyfriend they had !

The technologies without a doubt exist ,however in Canada for the police to deploy a large arsenal of technologies which increases the cost of investigation ,human trafficking or violent crimes must be involve .

Even though I ended up with over 200 different charges ,none of them where prostitution related .
And at the end all where either Dismissed or withdrawal , my clients where never bothered and where not ever made aware ,same for my girls
A arrest that doesn't lead to a conviction is useless ,A arrest that doesn't lead to high amounts of cash seizures ,high-end cars ,arsenal of firearms .barely makes the news .
In my case ,the RCMP hit cities in different Provinces ,never made the news !Lol
They showed me I was under video surveillance in New -Brunswick ,they knew I was in Gander Newfoundland ,Ottawa Ontario and many other places !LOL

It shows that police forces as many other crimes of importance to chase after and budget to do so are very limited and High-end investigators are all looking for a prestigious bust ,to get fame and move up in rank .

Arresting a Joblo doesn't cut it

I have a anecdote that happened to one of my friends a few years back ,concerning proof on a telephone line and recorded conversations .

He was involve in illegal real estate brokerage ,a license is required to do so in Canada ,Quebec and B.C for sure !
My original advice was don't do it it's illegal ,he did it anyways ,is answer was they do nothing about it !
He still manage mind and where friends and still are .

However after a few years of illegal activity ,he was finally investigated ,the hammer dropped ,He was charged with multiple counts all related to illegal real estate brokerage .

The investigators told him they had everything to get a conviction .
He called me and asked if it was true ,send me your file ,I will take a look and give you my opinion !

Which I did .
I realized that had the right name ,right telephone number and everything else .
The one thing missing which is of great importance was a formal identification .

Not only LE /Crown needs to prove a crime without reasonable doubt ,but they also need to prove without any reasonable doubt who committed the crime .

In this case put a face to the emails .phone proof,text proof ,
They where not able to reach that onus of proof and all charges where dropped .

I agree. Everything has risks involved whether we realize it or not. While I was out on vacation last year, I almost fell off a cliff going down 1000+ feet because I didn't realize the sudden wind gust while hiking in Walnut Canyon. Everyday I could die driving my car to and from work as well as getting ticketed for going 5-10 mph over the speed limit on average. How much can you tolerate is the question.

Very true. Could try to mitigate it with well reviewed providers so you know what she offers before you even making a booking and/or outcalls instead. Much more expensive (low ROI) and logistically challenging for LE to setup a sting on outcall. It's definitely easier to conduct business in Montreal than US. In US, you are expected to show the donation at the beginning whereas in Montreal, cash stays in wallet until the end so it's harder to entrap.
