A lot say breast implants are a turn-off. But, is the problem really the fake breasts, or when they look extra-fake?
I admit that I don't like when they look like a huge protubérance that doesn't belong to the body, or they have an unnatural shape (Snoopy nose breast, meaning the implant is too high and doesn't naturally go down in the breast as it should), or are stuck to your clavicles (usually, they are too hard when it happens). But unless they exaggerate on the size, I would say for most, the look is usually more appealing than not.

Fake breasts look great in clothing, but once naked, they just don't look as good unless the surgeon did a tremendous job. And this is just the visual, no matter how good the implants are, I always prefer the natural ones by touch.
