Most respectable SP will gladly want you to take a shower and will provide you the necessities for it (soap, towel). Furthermore, high end SP and most ones from reputable agencies wont count the shower on the clock time.

When the merbites, representative of a major agency, and a SW's constructive feedback and advice are all consistent and the person only understands from their level of perception then it’s time for them to live and learn on their own.
