I just found out she is with a different agency now and she didn't mention this. So not sure what to do? I think she is bypassing the agency.

Its not a rare thing that an SP who is with a new agency will keep seeing old regulars by her own methods. An agency is not a contract. They basically offer incalls and advertising for the SPs. Thats it. Altough it surely is questionable to take advantage of an agency networking and give a private number to any Joe, if its a client that she has been seeing for a while and they already booked between themselves, there is no requirement for her to tell him to contact the agency. Its a client she already had, and if they have their own way (either an hotel, a house or some other incall she can use) then whats the issue. She does not have to take a cut by passing by the agency for a client she already had.

Oh I'm so sorry my bad, I got busy here that's a bad excuse I should have taken some time to write a review and thank everyone. It went very well. No issues. She is working with an agency but saw on the side just the same rates as agencies. I'll see her again.
