I am not someone really fancy in general so i can be accomodate rather easily but i would say AC during the summer is an absolute must. Not just a fan (it won't be enough). Mirrors are not "required" but they are a definite plus in term of enjoyment. For water, at home i drink bottled water (4L, not individual) but when i am in Montreal i am fine with tapped water if i need to. To be honest i only book 1h so unless its super hot and i had to walk longer than expected, i can do without a drink per say. But i saw the idea of having drinks in an incall on another thread and i can't lie, i wouldn't say no to a Monster energy drink if offered... lol. And yes the shower... i despise when its complicated or take forever to get warm... or have bad pressure. We on the clock, so i like when its easy to operate and work properly.

GOOD LIGHTNING !!! I can't insist enough. Its my biggest pet peeves when i go to an Incall and its so dark. I know they want to create some atmosphere or whatever, but no ... i want to see your glorious body properly, i want to see you naked like i would see you anywhere else. Just like porn scenes, i despise when its shot dark. I like when the lighting is good.
Otherwise there is many things i read i just don't care like robes (would never use that), or porn/music in the background. Well unless im seeing a pornstar, then it could be fun having her own porn run in the background
