I have been in the hobby for over a decade, seen different agencies, MPs and SPs, and I usually have had good experiences as it relates to the booking process. A few weeks ago, I texted a known agency hosting mainly downtown and Laval. I scheduled a meeting with a SP I was aiming to meet for a while. I went to the location, they asked me to send a pic of the building as proof, then they made me wait 5 minutes, then 5 more..., all while saying "it won't be long". After 40 mins I left. I was pissed because I value my time, and it is hard to rearrange the agenda. I'm not sure if it is the booker/ agency or the lady, but really? No apologies, not even a hint of intention to make things right. I have experienced unsuccessful bookings and I understand things happen but there is one thing called customer service that was absent this time.
Do you think we should give them a second chance? What is your personal policy to deal with failed bookings and agencies that don't seem to give a crap.
