If an agency gets busted...

Yea, the law is very similar in Canada. Law enforcement have to date chosen not go after agencies, but there is nothing in th law that prevents them from doing so in the future.

In the US case, the agency phone had over 5,000 customer names. Police went after the 35 clients with > 400 text messages with the agency. They had nothing more than text messages and footage from cameras in the building hallway.
Pretty sure there are laws in Canada that could technically take lots of this stuff down too.

What worries me is how easy it is with a phone number to have access to literally all your personal information, your name, home address, etc. All these can be found with your phone number.

So in essence there is no protection nor privacy for us.

As mentioned, it doesn't even matter if you're in the wrong or not. There is obviously never going to have a 100% good interractions or chemistry. That is human nature.

Some girl can accuse you of anything. Even, years later (we see it all the time on the news) and the law can drag you into the mud and slander your name at the slightest gossip.

Add to that the inevitable risk of blackmail too. As it happens too often, when someone gets too rich, too famous or want to enter any position of power, you think their adversaries won't dig into their pasts? That's how scandals are made and compromises and dirty deals are done.

I think this thread is a very valid post and important discussion as currently there is no client privacy at all.

I suggest a reform on this matter.
Something like agencies allowing us to set up a 1st meetup with an app phone number, and if it goes well, no flaking, paying the agreed amount, etc. Then why not save us as a customer with that number?

Also, I would add that if someone is a merb member then we are allowed to use app text, because obviously we are much more involved then some violent crackhead with no hygiene who will not pay and cause trouble or some sad teenage boy just hitting puberty trying to troll. As we are serious members involved in this hobby.

What do you think? Is this something we can agree with the major agencies? I know some already allow it evenXO back then, but @Euphoria Girls seems reticent.

How do some providers / agencies detect when you are using an app number? Are there certain apps that use numbers that appear legitimate?

I've been reading the replies on this thread over the past 2 weeks and I'm seriously starting to consider leaving agencies an MPs alone... or at least taking a huge break from this activity. Scary.

Well all websites are all up police don’t care it seems
And what if they decide to care or the law changes?

Also, how do you know these websites are not currently monitored and these mps or sp agencies aren't being investigated as we speak?

Just so you know, ChezParee was being investigated by undercover cops from 2017 all to 2024 which let to a suspension and fine where they have a full report of incidents and documentations and so many cases for other stripclubs.

You think massage parlors or agencies are not? Lol

I agree and am also stopping until the client privacy issue is addressed.
Your cellphone number can easily trace back to your address location by cops.
Nobody should be surprised if one day, you wake up with a loud knock banging on your door.

Also, the price jump has gotten so ridiculous and still going up it is insane.

I think you’re overreacting, unless there is violence or exploitation involved or underage situation I really don’t believe the cops will bother chasing after average clients .
But if it makes you paranoid and you need to take a break that’s totally understandable.
Me I find the attitude towards hobbying here in Montreal very relaxed and I intend to enjoy as much as I can .

So it will be an issue from the starting point of the new law not what happened previously ! When the law changes it’s from the date that it starts not the things happened before!
