Continuing my journey to a becoming a healthy, organic bitch!

I’ve revamped my pantry, clearing out all the junk, from seed oils to fillers and gums, which only contribute to inflammation and health issues. BTW ➡️ Gut health is where it all begins.

Making my own bread (sourdough ((gut healthy)) … plus diving deep into holistic medicine! I love homemade remedies that can tackle ailments naturally. For example, I’m prone to strep throat and tonsillitis, but instead of going for the 100th round of antibiotics (which mess up my gut and can contribute to depression), I take oregano oil drops under my tongue as soon as I feel symptoms coming on. Tastes like fkn shit but it works! o_O:p

I’ve built up resistance to penicillin and amoxicillin, which is concerning, because if I become resistant to other antibiotics, I’d have to go to the hospital for IV antibiotics. Those can weaken you even more and cause heart issues. So, I focus on natural approaches like making ginger and turmeric shots to boost my immunity and support my health long-term.

On a side note, it’s wild how even the organic aisle has some sketchy ingredients, so I’m avoiding those too. I’ve ditched the toxic aerosols and created my own non-toxic dry shampoo. Plus, I swapped my Dove bar soap for an all-natural Greek soap that’s actually good for my skin with no caca ingredients.

I’ve stopped using ultra chemical detergents / softeners and switched to an all natural brand. The phthalates in those products are incredibly toxic and contribute to hormone disruption… turns the damn frogs gay :D (also got natural dishwasher pods).
Got a water filtration system that filters out fluoride, lead, PFAS PFOS etc.

That’s about it. I’ve become even more annoying with this shit hahahah.

Just watch out for buses, there is nothing you can take for them.

Don’t worry about anything that you can fix with money.
No real resolutions, that way I won’t have to break them.
