I would just send them back to where they came from unless they committed a violent crime or trafficked anything. In those cases, CECOT or similar should be an option.

There is really not much to say except that the will of the Albertan people has to be respected and observed.
It doesn't have to. Montreal could become the World's 4th City-State, joining Singapore, Monaco and Vatican City.
Best guess, that's nearly $3.3 trillion counting citizens only. Not enough. A few mods and it would be perfect.
