In Vancouver DFK is less common also than Montreal. I have only seen 3 Toronto providers and all of them did DFK but 3 is a small sample size. But in Vancouver DFK is definitely less common than in Montreal. What cities is DFK as "normal" as it is in Montreal. And yeah you're correct as am I about the US.
I lived in Vancouver for a long time. I would agree that DFK is not common among asian providers, any more than it is here. I would also agree that there's a hell of a lot of asian providers in Vancouver. lol. However, once you step outside of the asian providers DFK is more common in Vancouver than it is here, and while times are certainly changing and I won't speak to right this second, DFK was rarely charged as an extra. Also, DFK is completely normalized without much discussion, if any, on pretty much all the rest of the planet, at least in common mongering destinations. Europe perhaps a little less so.
I've never been to an Asian agency but yeah maybe my sample size is just not big enough.
In returning to the ‘BJ only w a commensurate rate decrease’ OP question, I agree that it’s not a common thing to see on menus, but I am seeing it more and more from Indy providers, esp ones that bundle it with massage services ( but also seeing it as a stand-alone service).
I get what you’re looking for, and in my opinion, the best strategy is to just ask. If you see a provider that appeals to you but she only has GFE/FS rates listed, just fire her a respectful message and ask her if she offers BJ only rates (I specify CBJ or BBBJ as that makes a difference, and I also make it clear I’m not looking for a hh or h session). Sometimes I’m in the mood for only that, sometimes I’m short on time, and I’ll sometimes use: ‘Hi, I find you really attractive but I’m pressed for time today, do you offer a blow-and-go rate?’ Often the response is no separate price, but often I’ll get a ‘sure, here’s the price for just that’. It will never be the ‘considerable price decrease’ you mentioned in one of your posts (for all the excellent reasons provided by the providers who’ve chimed into the thread), but to me it often makes the difference in booking a quick session and busting a nut and maybe making a good new connection, or passing altogether.
And while not the intent of my approach, an added bonus is that if they are a new to you provider you can test the waters - if it’s just mehh, you’re only out the reduced rate, if it’s great and you click there’s always the option to ask for an upgrade to FS if you’re feeling it, or if either of your schedules don’t allow it then and there, repeat with better knowledge of what you’re getting into.
TLDR: Just ask a provider that you’re interested in if they provide a BJ only rate. Many do.

I don't know if it's a good idea to ask a provider for a service that isn't listed on her ads. I personally find it really rude when I get asked for things that aren't on my ad, it feels like bargaining.. because ultimately when people are asking for something like that, it's because they don't want to pay for a full hour GFE, when in fact plenty of men will pay for a full hour GFE and not even want FS.
It does give me ideas, for instance I did notice that there was a demand for a BBBJ only service, hence why I decided to offer it, but some people think it will be a quicky type service for a very low rate. It's quite funny because although when I announced the service I got a bunch of bookings for it, half the gentlemen who had initially chosen the BBBJ only service ended up wanting GFE when they saw me in person

I dont think you will agree to be paid half of your hourly salary at your job. If you are a banker or a computer programmer for example...you will agree to be paid half of your salary on the days that you not as busy? I dont think so.

I wanted to say this as well, and I am glad you are expressing this because as an indy I often feel pressured to offer an extremely standardized service and give clients ''their money's worth'' because my rates are higher than agency.. It's actually not less work because you don't do more services during a booking. I know people here don't like hearing this but it's all work.. If you give a client all the acronyms but he spent 45 min of the hourly booking talking (his own choice), that will also be perceived as less work. I don't see how it's more work than having to suck someone's dick for almost the full hour. The reason why I personally offer the bbbj only option is because I enjoy it and it's just a different format, different type of work and these types of bookings have another energy. In reality we get paid for our time.
