Test results aren't reliable as you think they are in the sense that if you got something right before or around the test it may not show up. I don't think it's reasonable to ask for test results personally. We also can't get tested every week and showing test results without revealing your real name is hard. You can easily fake it too. I wouldn't trust a random test result without a name personally.

I think it's more the attitude around sexual health that needs to change. If you are worried about STI don't ask for bbbj and daty or at least get tested often. Its everyone's responsibility to do this.
