(Im talking for my own experience in the business) Majority of men who are not circumcised dont clean under the foreskin. And Im talking about grown men. Approximately 40-% of my clients are circumsied. On that 60% left ; approximately 10% clean under their foreskin. Also, it was said before but a lot, A LOT of them dont wash in between their butt cheeks. Im not doing anything in this area but we can SMELL it. They think they gonna turn gay if they put soap and spread their butt to clean themself in the shower. Im not kidding. Its mind-blowing.

I tend to go for massages a lot, so I take my initial shower before leaving the house and one at the spa to rinse off and wash between the butt cheeks with lots of soap, and while im there and its wet and slippery, ill give myself a prostate exam. Im not into rimming but if one were given, she would come up blowing bubbles. Lol
Same goes for incall and outcalls.

And remember, this goes for both party's, girls need to wash their behinds also, i have given massages and let me tell you, when I massaged their butt, someone did not use soap.

There are many that are not even aware that they have to clean under their foreskin after they cannot smell the bad odor from their own dick.

Agreed but condoms are not 100 percent and they don't fix bad hygiene. They won't mask a horrible smell.

I know many girls who are blocking clients over foreskin hygiene ; they dont tell them since they are too shy to break the mood

Basic hygiene is so obvious, that always surprise me to see all the comments and % of people not cleaning their dick, so disgusting even more when you meet people for sex! Come on guys.

There are two service providers I saw since January, whom I was unable to continue with because of this issue. It was a matter of not showering properly after having what would appear to me to be a dump.

I have been hobbying for about 5 years now, and this has happened several times to me.

It is disgusting, shows a lack of respect for the client and means a hard no repeat.
