If you have half a brain you want to protect yourself as much as possible and not put others at risk either.

I was using an example of the kind of excuse someone could give in order to take risks like this one. It could also be "the world is ending so might as well engage in risky behavior" or "nothing bad ever happens to me so why would this be different".. "I'm old so might as well take risks cause you only live once" is a similar excuse. It could very well be "I'm really young and people my age rarely face health problems" or "why would this happen when I'm just beginning this" as well.
Do you see what I mean now? I was using that example because someone else brought it up, not me. I don't feel like you even read my comments.

When I started seeing escorts about ten years ago, I had major anxiety about STIs. The most commonly performed hiv test routinely yields a false negative in the early stages of infection. It is why repeat and routine testing are so important.

I would never trust a provider showing an STI report in an era of AI product, but then I’d never engage in this practice with a provider.

this might surprise some people but I find it does not only come from clients or agency girls.... some girls (indy, spa, pro or semi pro) offer raw free, my friend says.... and the reasons I think range from: lack of education on health & safety and sti, heat of the moment, wanting to ensure repeat business, use of cocaine or meth.

It's happened once with a cis woman and twice with a trans woman and all three seemed to genuinely just not think of it because they were just in the moment with it. I stopped them before penetration and we got a condom on and they were all apologetic like they were embarassed they let it get that far, which I fully get and actually take as a compliment. Only issue I have is that if it happened with me it likely happened with others and now I have to think about that other variable now.

Because the transmission of STIs isn't as easy from those activities. It's certainly possible, but less risky.
