What this thread should really remind people, is that it's not because someone is a member of this forum, a ''veteran client'', or even an active user, that they will respect boundaries and that they are ''safe''.
I've met one man, for example, who was bragging to me about ''paying a girl in coke'' after meeting her at a Merb industry social like this one. She was a drug addict and he had her stay at his hotel room all night, he didn't give her any money. Some men are also always looking to go out with providers without compensating them, as we see on multiple threads.

I wouldn't call this drama really but just someone who took advantage of someone else. The party itself was awesome.

It's more the fact that he didn't pay her in cash, he paid her in substance. You never know what the provider is going to do with the money you give her, it's nobody's business. But if the guy already assumed that the girl will spend time with him in exchange for coke and takes advantage of it, that's super fucked... A few bags of coke are nothing compared to what you would pay for an overnight, no matter what the girl's rates are.
I also agree. This is not ''drama''.

True but there is a difference between paying someone for something in cash and then the person itself seek the substances of their addiction and simply giving them directly said substance.
I was commenting especially on the moral aspect.
IMO what is the worst about it is that he actually didn't pay her, he just gave her substances. Some guys would have paid her AND paid for her drugs. Not saying it's great to buy drugs for someone, but the issue here is that he didn't compensate her for her services, she was already ''sur le party'' and he took advantage of that to keep her around longer.
I feel like these types of situations happen often in the industry, unfortunately. Like when guys brag about girls who hung out with them off the clock and started doing crazy shit like flashing the waiter or removing her panties at the bar.. I've heard so many anecdotes like these. Why do you think this girl is acting like this? She certainly isn't sober and in a very good place mentally. I know we are getting off topic now, tho.
But yeah I think in some people's minds the fact that somebody is at an industry social like this means she could be willing to hang out with you or even have sex with you for free, because maybe they don't understand that it's a promotional event and not some kind of swingers type event. Someone above said it was up to the girl to say she would have charged him and I see what he means by that but at the same time, he should never assume that anything is for free. I've had users of this forum I have never met ask me to go out with them for free ''to get to know me before booking'' LOL they know damn well they aren't supposed to do that.
