As you get older you learn to appreciate a great steak a bit more."130$ for a steak?! I can get blown for 130$!"

Keep in mind how in the 1980's, not only could you get a Coke for 7$ in Beverly Hills but a blowjob in the hood-er parts of town for the same price. Salaries did not adjust to match inflation. Never forget what they took from you.As you get older you learn to appreciate a great steak a bit more.
It usually costs way less and there is no time limit on how long it takes to eat it.
You will get an amazing steak for $130 or even $80 and a BJ for that price is with someone who you probably shouldn’t be seeing lol.
Okay, my choice would have to be Peter Lugers steak house in Brooklyn New York .Hello Merbites,
As a part 3 of the steak threads, I might as well ask what's your favorite steakhouse in Montreal?
Where do you go for a good steak?
Anyways let's talk steaks!
Discuss!

And the large slice of tomato that sits atop a thick slice of mozzarella, drizzled with olive oil and vinegar to start you off, is making mouth water as i write this.

Oh it is a different kind of dining experience when you are sharing the 24oz porterhouse compared to having your own slab of meat.In all seriousness, doing the math, I can understand how a massive 24oz. porterhouse would be 130$ as it's twice the volume of a 12oz. NY strip so approx. twice the price (big dude but not big eater, 24oz. is a bit too intimidating for me). If not, then we're entering filet mignon "pay for the sizzle instead of the steak" territory. Similar to renting the services of an indy for 400$ when the 280$ agency girl looks and works just as good, but that's the high-end clientele niche for ya.
Now in Texas, you'd probably eat a 24oz. porterhouse for exactly half the price over here lol.
I miss the old Moishe's and its late night specialI really enjoy Moishes, the steak, service, and ambiance is great. Also wonderful spot to see some beautiful people. But also 40westt is amazing.. just a bit far from me but still pretty good!
