Alors ???

I wonder what verified photos mean on LL.
First, how do they verify the photos?
Second, how does this ensure that the service provided is good?
I've met escorts who had unverified photos before, and they were fine.
I understand from reading the comments on MERB that there are some who meet escorts with photos verified by LL and get scammed.
So???

Correct me please. How does it work?
We have to take verification pictures that are actually verified by LL with the specific information they ask you to write on a paper. They also reject the picture if they detect any edit, even the smallest crop. (For example I cropped about 10 pixels at the bottom of one of mine to remove a random heel lying on the floor in the picture frame, they rejected my photo until I could prove it was me).

We don't pay to get verified. That's not how it works.

Exactly. I've had to take several photos to get verified on it, and some were rejected just because the information wasn't written in the correct order. If an account is verified it means the person's real. I also had a friend get her account banned because she had 2 ads with the same photos and 2 different personas (one for domination and one for online services)..

Its good info to know they AT LEAST try to do something... I really wish they crack up on these ads that seem to promote real life meeting but only redirect on OF. Im not against OF being added in their ads as a side thing, or even if there is a section for online advertisement only, but this shouldn't be mixed with the ESCORT section. That section should be simply IRL meetings.

No they do something. I think some people get it mixed up and post in the wrong section. I don't think it's a huge deal tbh unless they're scamming clients but I can understand why you're annoyed .. there is a section for online advertising I believe, but when I had a OF almost all my subscribers were guys who saw my LL escort ad and never booked. So I can imagine that tactic actually works.

I've heard they take scams seriously too but I'm assuming scammers change profiles quite often. It can also be hard to prove if there was an in person meeting, and it depends what you consider a scam...

Edit : I just checked and indeed there's no section for online services

Well i meant mostly that a phone # or Email should be required for ads then. Im happy LL take it more seriously than i expected but lately there is way too much ads with OF only.

If there is no "online advertising section" either make one or ban it off the website...

Of is not escorting... And OF is VERY CLEAR that they want none about escorting. Any escort will tell you to not ask about IRL meetings on OF

Yeah for sure, I think it's unfortunate there's no section for it. I think those advertisers just don't know where to put their ad.. it's also like I said, I think a lot of guys spend a large amount of time looking at LL ads without intending on booking anyone, so it's good publicity for these girls.

I know OF isn't escorting, I had an account before. I'd block guys who ask about IRL meetings. It's pretty hard to find clients for online workers so I imagine it's a tactic they're using because the market is over saturated. That's what my friend was doing, she's find a lot of OF subscribers and clients for camming sessions. Let's just say she did not break the bank doing this, too so it may not be true that "OF ruined the hobby" as I've seen people complain in other threads. I feel you that it's not ideal tho.

So here are some ways to avoid getting scammed on LL:

-check if the account is verified
-check if the person has a website and other ads
-check if they have a social media presence
-check if they have at least one review proving they're a real person
-use other platforms instead to find escorts

Obviously some reputable providers use it or have used it in the past including multiple advertising members here, some of which have commented on this thread and similar ones (Julia, Raya, Valentina, me etc)
