That looks pretty good. The only thing is I am not a huge fan of leftover fish. It's one and done for me, so I cut the fish up into 6 ounce portions so I will have no leftovers. No problem with leftover rice though!
Leftover rice is the best as it becomes glucose locked and can eat instantaneously.

Ohh if you like the rice crust you can get that from a bibimbap or in the Cantonese cuisine they have claypot rice as well.
Makes me think I need to find a good one here because claypot rice is one of the cold weather dish to have :p

So where did you find those? And how much do they go for?
I get them in a shop that regularly get wholesale products and sell to retail. They usually advertise the incoming products and look for people to order (kind of group ordering).
They have a physical shop in South shore. Can DM you the name and address if you're interested.

I had not thought of that girl in quite some time until I read your post. She was obsessed with KC Legs. She was a well put together black girl blessed with some imoressive breasts. King crab 3 ways:
- Steamed, the best to savour the crab original taste

- Baked with butter, chopped garlic and chives

- The Cantonese way! Which I think this way it elevates the crab meat to its maximum!

Crab pieces need to be covered with corn starch so it can be fried in oil in a wok.
Then when golden ginger and chives can be tossed to stir it a bit.
To that some vermicelli is added (you need to prealabily soak it). For the sauce it's a mix of oyster and soy sauce together.

While stirring everything a bit of Chinese cooking wine (Shaoxing) can be tossed inside to let it cooked cover on.
