That looks pretty good. The only thing is I am not a huge fan of leftover fish. It's one and done for me, so I cut the fish up into 6 ounce portions so I will have no leftovers. No problem with leftover rice though!
Leftover rice is the best as it becomes glucose locked and can eat instantaneously.

Ohh if you like the rice crust you can get that from a bibimbap or in the Cantonese cuisine they have claypot rice as well.
Makes me think I need to find a good one here because claypot rice is one of the cold weather dish to have :p
