There's more than enough empirical evidence to support the hypothesis and the probabilities are extremely high. There's always an outlier who gets lucky of course. These are the people I ask to buy 6/49 tickets for me.

You should see rush hour in Toronto's Dundas Chinatown; all the massage parlours are packed to the max with suburban guys who are waiting out the traffic before they go home to suburbia and the bitching wife.

I almost got run over by a reckless Uber Eats delivery guy, who had no idea about the rules for driving a motorized bike in Montreal.

Reminds me some kids on a motorized bike who ran over a red light. I was crossing the street and the stopped bus obstructed the visibility.
