Police officers would arrest you if they see you giving money to a sex worker. If they walk on you having sex with a sex worker.

They won’t arrest you if you walk in their incall but they can interrogate you, ask you to follow them to the police station which will draw attention on you

Unless the agency they’re investigating was hiring minor and they want to see who has hired those said minors, they’re not going to run the numbers to see who they belong to. Ils ont d’autres chats à fouetter

No need for sexual activities, just soliciting, just a text on your phone to a provider, could bring you to court. Even asking for a dance in the booth if their is agreement for contact is an offence

This would make no sense, as technically a massage is touching too, yet its not illegal.

Oh I was talking OUTCALL at home as if I was hosting a girl at my private home. But Incall or Outcall at a hotel is the same thing No???

Outcall at your home is indeed less secure for the SP as she has no idea where she is going and whats gonna be on location. As for the client, well hosting at your home could also bring its issues as if you have items of values you can get "spotted"for robbery later, or even blackmail as the SP now have your adress and it would be easy to find who you are. That said it would need to be a dishonnest SP and just like bad clients i believe this is the very minority...

Folks,

There is much to be discussed about current events, and their implications for the local industry. The moderation team is happy to let that conversation continue and plans to intervene in it as little as possible - if at all.

There is an exception to this:

What the moderation team will not tolerate is for this thread - or any other thread on the Forum - to be used to spread rumours, especially when those rumours are being spread by industry insiders. Those to whom this last comment applies have been notified privately already.

Anybody who tries to take advantage of the situation to stir shit on the board will be immediately and permanently suspended.

This the only warning the membership - and that includes advertisers - gets about this. So, please heed the warning.

Thanks for your collaboration.

Wrong, believe me.... or ask anyone that had to participate in C3ESSS program, so any text by any customer to an agency is enough to incriminate you

3 Conditions That Make Buying Sex a Crime

- The Purpose (Sexual Services): The interaction must involve an intent to obtain sexual services from another person.

==> A text message as an example
- The Exchange (Consideration): There must be an agreement or offer to provide "consideration"—meaning money, goods, or services—in exchange for those sexual acts.

  ==> Confirming a price
- The Action (Communication or Acquisition): The buyer either successfully obtains the services or simply communicates with anyone (in person, via text, or online) for that purpose.

You may be right but imagine if it was truly operated. Thousands and thousands of people (not just men) would be in trouble . It's like the 100KMH on the highways. You can get caught at 101 but nobody is in trouble. C'est contre la loi mais toléré.
There is no way this will ever happens. You just share fear to be honest.

Is this the "John School" thingy? If so, if i remember right those were arrested as part of a sting operation. I think it even was about booking a minor (the "decoy" would say she is underage clearly). Imagine going after hundreds of clients from major agencies ... They couldn't even condemn all the bikers during SHARQc because it was too much and if i recall they stopped the procedure for most of the peoples arrested.

This is true and everyone has texted them is at risk, however in practice they are most likely only going to chase for the most serious targets. If they really want to get everyone then there’s something major happened, and I’m wondering whether the recent media coverage may not be that simple, and there are behind reasons motivated them

Is the mere fact of obtaining an appointment with an escort sufficient to convince a judge beyond a reasonable doubt that the person is doing it in order to obtain sexual services for consideration? Good question to which I don't have the answer.

Probably not, and an example is the valid evidence linked between a phone number and the person who actually texted/went. However, a lot of times their purpose is just showing actions to the public/media, so they have to find some people and do something, not too much nor too little

They don’t have time to go through those text messages is what I said. Do you know how many people have contacted Euphoria since it was created? Like I said, unless they have serious reasons to believe they were hiring minors, they are not going to go through those text messages. Not enough effective for that, not their priority

...apparently agencies are worse than street.

Also very interesting, they say that indies are fine for them (around 8m). So it's pretty clear, agencies are finished, they will tolerate only indies now.

Thanks for posting that link.

I don't think anything is clear yet, but there's no doubt that agencies that offer incalls in upscale buildings are going to have to reconsider their business models.

As I noted before, it's possible that agencies will survive by returning to the old days of lower profiles, smaller lineups, outcalls only and owner/managers who are native Quebecois and more considerate of their staff. It all depends on whether the police really want to kill off the agencies completely or just force them to operate with much lower profiles and better practices.

Clementine and her buddy Romain Schue are certainly enjoying their 15 minutes of totally undeserved fame.

Clementine was dressed like she was headed to a sexual encounter with her new client or sugar daddy--makeup, short, tight black dress, black stockings, black boots. Not sure, but she looked like she was wearing hair extensions too. She may not be a whore anymore but she sure was wearing a whore's uniform.

As for Romain Schue (AKA Jimmy Olsen) , the crack "investigative reporter" (from France!), he can barely believe his good fortune. This story had to be the easiest story to report of his (not very impressive) career. All he had to do was sit at his computer and Google "montreal escort agencies". Sacre Bleu! "I am shocked, shocked to learn that prostitution is going on in Montreal! I must come to the rescue of the poor young (let's just assume they are all underage) maidens who are being abused, exploited, trafficked and forced to work as virtual sex slaves for creepy old men." (At least he was able to find one creepy old man-"merci, docteur!").

Nobody really knows what will happen-it's up to the police, the public, the media and truthfully, all the participants in the business-the girls, the agency owners, the clients, etc. But as a long-term observer of the Montreal scene, I am certain that the business will survive though it will change, maybe for the worse, maybe even for the better. On verra.

frankwilson · 2026-10-12T19:05:02-0400

Just sharing my opinion, but I don’t think these activities will ever stop. Agencies have been operating in Montreal for years, and I don’t see that changing anytime soon. We might see a temporary decrease in incall services while things settle down and public attention fades.

Without these agencies or other alternatives, I believe things could eventually go back to the way they were many years ago, with more activity taking place on the streets. As long as there is demand, these activities will continue in one form or another.

In the US, there are fewer agencies operating openly, yet street-based activities are still common in major cities like Los Angeles and Phoenix. This can create less safe conditions for everyone involved.

It will be interesting to see how things develop over the coming weeks.

Find me a case of a prosecuting where no violence, abuses, drugs, frauds, bust or minors where involved.
I can't remember any. I talked to a friend (lawyer) about that and he don't either. He did a quick reseach for Montreal over the last year and also found nothing without aggravating factors. I undertand that its not a proff but still. The XO things involved minors (at least one) and i'm pretty sure that the owner's prior agency also got busted (if my memories are right) but i dont know the reasons. Maybe older merbite could clarify. Nothing of the sort as been implied on Euphoria, at the best of my knowledge.
James problem's are mainly with IRS and revenu Québec. They will investigate his incomes declarations, bank account, properties values, ect. From there they might be able to link those with criminals activities. Then he might be prosecute in order to seize the max from him. But if they cant make that link, he might not even be prosecute. So you and me are fucking way low in the list. Its the old ressources vs priorities dilemma.

That is possible but then the question would be what their purpose is in catching many normal clients though. This doesn't project a good image to society or to the LE, also many clients are wealthy and have a stable career/life and catching every single person out would cause a bigger issue. However, I would guess they will have more operations targeted incall places in the next few months, it is a good idea to take a break from any visits at this moment.
