Not one I tried until recently and it is probably my fave now. Some call it the down dog, other the downward dog. Basically she lies flat on her stomach with her hips raised a bit. Feels great.

I like to dim the lights or have some coming from another room. Never completely off and never on. It doesn't set the right mood when it is too bright.
