I wouldn't take Chara. Too old and too expensive.

But like i said earlier, the problem with Subban isn't what he does on the ice. Sure, even if his team sucks offensively in all aspects which makes you wonder what exactly does he bring to the team.

His problem is his presence. Too much of a distraction around the team. More than half the players on the team hate his guts. He acts like he's way bigger than the team and the coach has lost control over him. He also doesn't respect Max Pacioretty as a captain. He feels he should be the captain or someone else other than Pacioretty.

As i also mentioned, only a coach (like Babcock, among a few others) that Subban respects will make him play better and be less of a distraction around the team.

And as i mentioned also, his value will never be higher than it is now. The time to trade is now and the habs should definitely trade him before Subban gains total control of his destiny and will be holding all the cards. Would i want him on the Leafs? Not for $9 million per year. That number's a cap-killer!

I wouldn't believe everything the media says...especially in Montreal. I'm sure he's a presence in the room and not everyone's favorite but I'm sure they love having him on their side when it comes to big games.

To be absolutely honest, having a teammate like Subban would drive me absolutely nuts and i'm convinced i'd wind up getting into a fight with him more than once a year. He acts like he's bigger than the team and he has no respect for anyone else but PK. He's loud and never shuts up. He's very immature and likely drives everyone around him nuts!

Maybe the team should trade him for his own safety.

Subban has publicly named Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant and Tiger Woods among his role models. No hockey players. This is very telling and helps explain why he's seen as a negative presence around the team.

The habs will never win anything as long as PK Subban remains with the team. A personality transplant is not possible.
